Due to the Nature of the Products & FDA / OSHA Regulations All Sales Are Final, Items are not Returnable

Due to the nature of the product and FDA/OSHA Regulations, the products on our website are not returnable and all sales are final. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will gladly troubleshoot with you and provide assistance to help ensure your satisfaction with the products.
The Xuction HVE device can be utilized in multiple ways:
- Four-Handed HVE with an Assistant or Patient Holding it
Or by using one of the Hands-Free options:

Is the Xuction HVE device fitting loose in your HVE line?
As mentioned on our website, the Xuction HVE device is designed to fit most HVE lines/handpieces. In some instances, the lines/handpieces may vary slightly and we have a simple solution to solve this issue. Please contact us immediately with your order number and we will expedite free autoclavable sizing adaptors that connect directly to the Xuction HVE device and will alleviate the issue.
If the device itself arrives defective due to manufacturing, we will provide a replacement expedited and free of charge.
Due to the nature of the product and OSHA Regulations, the products on our website are not returnable and all sales are final. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will gladly troubleshoot with you and provide assistance to help ensure your satisfaction with the products.
Shipping items
Approved returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Product must be received within 10 days from receiving the RMA. Products returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization or returned past 10 days of receiving the RMA will not be considered.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to approved returns. We will not refund shipping costs.
OSHA Regulations
Because of OSHA regualtions and the nature of the Xuction Dental products, items can only be returned for a replacement due to manufacture defects.

Restocking Fee
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all approved returns and approved returns will only be valid from 15 days of purchase. Package must be unopened.
