Patent Pending Design
Studies have shown that positioning of the HVE extraorally can be beneficial. A HVE device positioned extraorally within one inch of the commissure of the mouth resulted in reduction of particulates from 89.7% to 90.8% when compared to the intraorally positioned standard saliva ejector.

Autoclavable Material
After months of materials testing by our engineering team we are now proud to offer a MADE IN USA autoclavable Xuction device. This will last longer and withstand the heat and pressure of the autoclavable machine vs our prior cold-sterile design.

Hands-Free Operation
Studies show that HVE devices can reduce aerosols by 89.7% to 90.8%, but most dental hygienists don't have the luxury of an assistant who can provide HVE while the hygienist works with a power scaler or air polisher. Therefore the Xuction device connects directly to a set of cheek retractors to provide hands-free operation.

HVE not Saliva Ejector
The Xuction HVE Dental Aerosol Reducer connects directly to your existing HVE line, not to your LV saliva ejector. Several studies have shown that high-volume evacuation (HVE) devices work far better than saliva ejectors at controlling aerosols.

Xuction Vacuum Test
The Xuction device shows superior performance over traditional LV (saliva ejector) and HVE methods. The large opening and positioning within one inch of the commissure of the mouth results in greater reduction of aerosols when compared to the intraorally positioned standard saliva ejector.

Xuction Dental Patient Set Up
The Xuction device is the first of its kind device that uses a custom proprietary material for durability and flexibility as well as a patent pending design for hands-free use combined with maximum dental aerosol reduction. Setting up the Xuction HVE adapter is quick and easy. There is no need for extra equipment in each operatory. Simply connect the Xuction HVE device to your HVE line. Then slide it on to a set of check retractors and place the cheek retractors in place in the patients mouth. The Xuction device will rest directly below the opening of the mouth creating the ideal position for aerosol reduction. In addition, the Xuction device is not required to be placed inside the patients mouth which would limit the ability to work inside the mouth.
